Tomasz is a business coach, team coach and facilitator. He prepares leaders to take on new roles and accompanies them in changes. Tomasz supports the development of communication and managerial competences. He also conducts crisis interventions and mediates in conflict situations.
He is a certified Gallup Strengths Finder coach. He conducts development workshops for leaders and managers.
Tomasz asks deep questions, poses challenges, shares experiences, tools and techniques that lead leaders to achieve goals and internal transformation. His strengths are empathy, the ability to work deeply and comprehensively with clients and lead them to lasting change.
Tomasz entered the coaching path after over 10 years of work as an opera soloist in Switzerland, at Opernhaus Zurich. Working in an international environment, in an organization that bases its success on the highest ethical and professional standards, has shaped his approach to work, basing it on conscientiousness and consistency. Many years of daily cooperation with leaders of world culture and art have developed in him an above-average level of sensitivity, attentiveness, speed of thorough analysis and creative thinking far beyond the beaten path.
He is a coaching trainer at Kingmakers Academy and a lecturer at postgraduate studies at the University of Łódź.
