Małgorzata Sztejter

Małgosia is an executive & team coach and mentor. She is the seventh person in Poland with EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner accreditation. She combines experience of over 20 years of management roles in international professional services firms, with the view of humans in organisations – their dilemmas and challenges 

Her professional experience has two streams: the first related to development of top management, effective teams and leadership, and the second, related to strategy, marketing, business development and communication. She was Marketing Director at PwC and Management Team Member at CMS Cameron McKenna, where she headed HR and marketing&business development functions.  

She was responsible for vision and strategy, shaping organisational culture, relationship building and crisis and conflict management. She conducted customer satisfaction surveys and employee satisfaction analysis. She initiated and implemented a mentoring program in her organisation and in many others, she acts as a trainer for mentors in business and pro bono programs.

She graduated from coaching schools – Kingmakers™ Academy in Poland and The Academy of Executive Coaching, UK. She is a certified PRISM™ BrainMapping consultant and a certified Change Manager (Prosci™). She is a lecturer at EMBA of Warsaw University of Technology Business School. 

In cooperation she values partnership and deep engagement, she is concrete and analytical. She is characterized by empathy and kindness towards people whom she accompanies in their development and transformation. She stimulates self-reflection, helps clients see different perspectives, recognise their power and talents, verify beliefs and established ways of acting.
