Joanna Zawada

Joanna has been involved in coaching since 2007. She works in business and corporate environments, but also enjoys volunteering for social initiatives. She is an individual and team coach – most often at the level of board and senior management. She conducts workshops on leadership, communication and cooperation in corporations. She has implemented large development projects. She has extensive experience in working with entrepreneurs – for several years she conducted training in communication, coaching, team coaching and leadership, as well as individual coaching for more than 300 entrepreneurs in Kraków and Kielce.

Joanna was also involved in implementation and supervision of security standards, internal communication in strategic projects for the company, customer service. The areas in which she was particularly passionate about were the key organizational changes: changes of organizational culture, attitudes, corporate values, motivation systems and work habits.

She is a lecturer at universities in Warsaw and Kraków. Together with Beata Rycembel, she runs Team Coaching Lab – a team coaching school accredited by ICF. She is active in international coaching organizations (ICF), creating and maintaining high standards of coaching worldwide. She is a mentor and accredits coaches at the PCC and MCC level for the International Coach Federation. She is passionate about spreading the transformational approach to coaching and leadership on the Polish market. She builds a community of people interested in working with this innovative method.
