In her role as a coach working with middle and senior management, she leverages her extensive experience in the business environment of international financial institutions. She is well-versed in challenges related to achieving individual and team strategic goals, developing competencies, delegating tasks, taking on new roles in organizations, and defining career paths. Bliski jest jej temat wyzwań związanych z realizacją indywidualnych i zespołowych celów strategicznych, rozwoju kompetencji, delegowania zadań, pełnienia nowych ról w organizacjach czy określenia ścieżki rozwoju.

She is also a mediator based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) according to the Marshall Rosenberg approach. Additionally, she conducts workshops on empathetic communication.

She is fascinated by brain neuroplasticity and the practice of transforming daily experiences into lasting positive changes in the brain’s neural network to build and develop internal resources of confidence, strength, and calm.

Currently, as a Gestalt psychotherapist in training, she continues her education at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy, which is accredited by the Polish Psychological Association and the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).
