Beata Rycembel

Beata started her adventure with coaching many years ago, not even knowing that what she was doing was actually coaching. This is her natural way of being with people both in professional and private relations. She complemented her intuitive coaching skills at coaching schools that meet the highest global standards.

What she does is her passion.

For over 11 years she has worked in international corporations. There she gained knowledge and practical experience, which she currently uses in her work. She took her first steps in the marketing and sales department. Then, as Human Resources Director, she was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe. She has broad experience
in HR – people management in the field of strategic planning, implementation of motivation systems, employee evaluation system, recruitment, planning and conducting trainings, recognizing potential and planning development paths.

She is an accredited ICF coach at the PCC level. She is also a co-founder of the ICF accredited team coaching school – Team Coaching Lab.

He also supports the management boards of companies operating in the region of Central and Eastern Europe with coaching and workshops.
