Bartek conducts individual and team coaching for leaders and teams implementing organizational changes. He works in elite sports, supporting athletes and teams in achieving their sports and non-sports goals.
He has experience in projects involving strategic changes, including creating and implementing company strategies, implementing IT systems, changing organizational structures, restructuring, and optimizing processes, gained during his 10-year collaboration with a consulting firm.
He has received the Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as Accredited Coach and Accredited Supervisor of Coaching certifications from the Chamber of Coaching. Since 2018, he has been the president of the Chamber of Coaching, and in the 2011-2012 term, he was the president of the Polish branch of ICF.
Bartek is a co-creator of leadership development programs, conducts workshops, supervision, and mentor coaching for experienced coaches. In his business career, he has held managerial and director positions. Together with his wife, he runs Equante – Foundation of New Possibilities. Since 2006, he has developed his coaching practice, completing over 3,000 hours of coaching, dozens of workshops, and giving numerous lectures and presentations.
He studied coaching with the most experienced Polish coaches and deepened his knowledge at workshops with international coaches such as Robert Dilts, Richard Bolstad, Sarah Peyton, Stephen Gilligan, Frank Farrelly, Nick Kemp, John Whittington, Lionel Stapley, John Scherer, Amy Barnes, Kare Landfald, Miki Kashtan, and Amy and Arnold Mindel. The number of hours dedicated to education and personal development in coaching exceeds 2,000.
