As a coach she supports teams in the development of soft skills, in the area of communication and effective cooperation, also in dispersed teams. She runs coaching programs for women, supporting them in their personal development and empowerment as leaders.
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Mukoid Communication Institute and Novo Coaching School. She is a certified Design Thinking Moderator (DT Makers) and a certified Team and Group Coach by Novo.
