Sylwia is a consultant, advisor, and HR expert. She designs development programs and projects for management teams. Additionally, she is a certified team coach and facilitator of development sessions, a leadership skills trainer, and a Prosci-certified change management consultant. She operates in the spirit of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Over the course of her career, she has dedicated many years to evaluating and assessing the competencies of management teams, initially as an executive search consultant and later as a co-founder and co-owner of a recruitment firm specializing in modern technologies.

Sylwia is also active in promoting diversity, the development of women’s leadership, and supporting young art. For nearly a decade, she served as the president and co-founder of the “Women in Technology” association. She graduated from the University of Łódź and the Kozminski University, with degrees in Employee Competency Management and Business Psychology for Managers, in addition to numerous specialized courses.

In her work with clients, she prioritizes partnership and mutual respect. She is valued for being a trusted and versatile advisor, as well as for her professionalism and the high quality of her collaboration.
