He has collaborated with international corporations, startups, and non-governmental organizations.
He designs and implements development projects and programs, workshops, and inspirational sessions focused on new trends, future competencies, efficiency, and leadership. His work is based on the latest scientific research and management knowledge.
He creates psychometric questionnaires and reliable tools for measuring competencies and potential. In recent years, many of his projects have also involved organizational culture transformation. He develops strategies, measurement tools, and interventions aimed at cultural change and he also supports leaders in their efforts towards change.
He has a Ph.D. in management, specifically in the area of adult education effectiveness in business. He also completed two doctoral research projects in project management and gamification. He has authored three books: Evidence-Based HRM, Game Thinking in Practice, and Scrum Yourself.
