Piotr Dziwok

Piotr Dziwok is an executive coach and mentor as well as independent supervisory board member and the Honorary President and Advisory Board Chair of ABSL, a pan-European organization uniting 250 companies in Poland. He is also involved in leadership development as a mentor for the Wise & Young program and a certified moderator for CEO Roundtable. Since 2023, he works independently supporting senior leaders and organizations.

Over the course of his career, Piotr has led operations in sectors including energy, chemicals, healthcare, and shared services. Notably, he played a key role in Shell’s strategic restructuring efforts, helping to restore profitability in Poland and reorganize operations in Latin America. He also led the growth of Shell Business Centre in Kraków to 5,000 employees, establishing it as an industry leader. His ability to think strategically and manage complex projects has made him a valued advisor and board member.

Piotr’s strengths include analytical thinking, active listening, and cross-cultural leadership. Having worked across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, he brings deep cultural acumen and global insight to his work. He is known for building high-performing teams and designing motivation systems that align people’s strengths with business goals. He studied at top universities including the University of Economics in Krakow and Katowice, Moscow University of Technology, IMD Business School in Lausanne, and completed an MBA at the Carlson School of Minnesota. Fluent in Polish, English, and Russian — with working proficiency in Portuguese. Piotr enjoys Nordic walking, mountain biking, and traveling with his wife.
