Magda has a wealth of experience in building HR strategy and implementing organisational change in complex and large-scale business environments. She worked as HR Director for T-Mobile, Orange, Siemens, ABB, among others. She led HR teams of 5 to 70 people. She managed budgets from 500 thousand PLN to 500 million PLN.

She authored and co-authored many HR projects of significant range and importance to the business, including restructuring and reorganization of companies, mergers and acquisitions, creation of JVs, rebranding, creation of shared services centers and outsourcing of services.

She has built effective HR processes and policies in the following areas, among others: organizational culture, remuneration, employee effectiveness management, motivation and satisfaction, development of employee potential and competencies, hiring and attracting talent to the organization, personnel controlling.
