Maciej is a mentor, trainer, and advisor to executive boards and sales teams. He began his career working in the field, eventually managing an international organization operating across several countries. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by salespeople, managers, and executives. Today, he uses this perspective to offer practical solutions tailored to real business conditions.

He delivers programs in Poland and abroad, working with representatives of more than 40 nationalities. He conducts training and coaching in Polish, English, and Russian, which allows him to effectively take cultural differences in communication and management into account.

He specializes in sales and negotiations, strategic account management, developing managerial competencies, and effective communication – from public speaking and storytelling to facilitating meetings both online and offline. He works with both entry-level sales professionals and managers handling contracts worth millions of euros.

In his work, he combines the traditional experience of a sales manager with modern tools – including the use of AI and VR to prepare teams for sales conversations and strategic meetings. Thanks to his background in cognitive science, he can adapt his working style to different generations and support participants in sustainable development.
