Sociologist, educator, coach and HR expert. In her consulting work, she combines practice, theoretical knowledge and experience that she has collected for nearly 20 years in international business and non-governmental organizations as an HR business partner, recruiter and trainer.
She started her career in HR with positions related to recruitment (Accenture), then moved to the role of HRBP (Accenture), and then took care of training (EY).
In HR, consulting and coaching work, Karolina uses tools such as RMP and Hogan. She is also certified Belbin trainer.
She works in English and German.
Karolina is a doctor of social sciences and not a day goes by when she does not use practical aspects of sociology at work. She also likes to design her own tools for working with focus groups. She has been cooperating with the Kozmiński University for years, in 2010-2023 she also cooperated with the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw (2016-2023) and Collegium Civitas (2010-2018).
