Karolina Lignar-Paczocha

In her consulting work, she combines practical experience, theoretical knowledge, and insights gained over more than 20 years in international business and non-governmental organizations, where she worked as an HR Business Partner, recruiter, and trainer.

She began her HR career in recruitment roles (Accenture), later moved into the position of HR Business Partner (Accenture), and subsequently focused on learning and development (EY). In her HR, consulting, and coaching work, she uses tools such as RMP, Hogan, Saville, and TRACOM. She works in English and German. She supports organizations in designing and implementing development processes, as well as in creating assessment tools. She conducts feedback and coaching processes and helps foster positive workplace cultures while strengthening anti-mobbing awareness within organizations.

She holds a PhD in social sciences and draws on the practical aspects of sociology every day in her work. She also enjoys designing her own tools for researching organizational culture and facilitating focus groups. For many years, she has collaborated with Kozminski University and has also worked with the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw (2010–2023) and Collegium Civitas (2010–2018).
