Justyna Lichtarska

A Business Coach and Trainer with over 15 years of experience working in global organizations, where she led distributed teams and collaborated with leaders to support their personal development and the growth of their teams. She was a member of Country Leadership Teams, where she was responsible for building and implementing HR strategies – such as those supporting business change or entering new markets. She gained international experience living in the UK, Czech Republic and USA for 5 years of her life.

She has been a coach since 2013, conducting coaching processes in both Polish and English.

Her goal in her coaching role is to support clients/clients in building self-awareness, competence and confidence so that they achieve goals in line with who they really are, and find joy and energy for action. She helps clients/clients work smarter, not harder.

She is fascinated by positive psychology; she values the work and research of Martin Seligman, among others, on optimism and its impact on quality of life, feelings of happiness and achievement.
