JOANNA BERENDT

Joanna has over 10 years of experience in international corporations in the financial industry in managerial positions, where she gained experience in managing projects and teams, including creation of a retail bank from scratch. Joanna was responsible for risk assessment processes and business process improvement in the areas of operations, sales and marketing.

Apart from coaching and Nonviolent Communication, Joanna is interested in neurobiology and positive neuroplasticity according to Rick Hanson, which she practices and uses in her work with groups and individual clients. In 2018, Joanna completed a trainer course with Rick Hanson and since then she has been developing regularly under the supervision of the creator of the approach.

While developing her competences in the area of communication and supporting teams and individuals in quality cooperation, she used Taibi Kahler’s Process Communication Model®, and in 2023 she became a certified trainer according to this approach. She has been a coach since 2008 and she has the ICF PCC acreditation.

Joanna works individually and with teams, both in education and business, as well as with parents and teenagers. She accompanies broadly understood leaders (business and education) in building motivated and cooperative teams, as well as resolving conflicts and communication that builds trust and dialogue.
