She is passionate about topics related to building mental resilience and business resilience. She is a certified burnout coach (Burnout Coach, Balanceology UK) and a certified mental health crisis support consultant (Mental Health First Aider, MHFA UK).
She supports leaders in finding a satisfying career and inner peace. She helps organizations implement initiatives aimed at building and maintaining employee engagement.
Her strength lies in her excellent knowledge of the corporate environment. She has advised managers at all levels, from line managers to board members. She has designed proprietary onboarding programs for new managers and developed training programs for HR Business Partners. She planned and implemented employee retention strategies during times of change, such as the sale of parts of the company. She was responsible for internal communication, led a managerial communication program, and coordinated talent management programs.
