She specializes in developing mental resilience, effective interpersonal communication, stress management, change management, and business skills development. Ewa has international experience as a Manager in the Purchasing Department, HR Manager, and Personal and Professional Development Trainer, where she was responsible for designing employee development strategies and implementing innovative training programs.

She completed postgraduate studies in Personal and Professional Development Psychology at WSE and Psychological and Negotiation Competencies in Business at SGH.
