Dominik Goss

Founder, investor, trainer and mentor on a mission to demystify public speaking – he helps people overcome fear, build self-confidence, and return to the naturalness we often lose in the school system. He leads workshops on public speaking, leadership, and team building – especially in tech environments. He works with leaders, founders, people on the path to promotion, and teams that want to communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and act more consciously. He combines a trainer’s approach with mentoring based on experience and empathy – creating a space where it’s safe to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them. He helps build communication rooted in trust, authenticity, and constructive feedback.

For over 20 years, he has been co-creating and developing tech companies as a co-founder, investor, and advisor. He has experience building teams from scratch, scaling companies, and supporting them through technological, cultural, or strategic transformations. He is the co-founder of Inwedo and Coffideas – companies that combine the world of technology with an empathetic, leadership-based approach to collaboration. He has delivered around 300–350 public appearances – from keynotes, TEDx talks, and industry conferences to workshops and trainings, as well as moderating panels and appearing as a special guest. He helps others speak to people with ease, confidence, and greater impact – not by teaching tricks, but by teaching how to be yourself.

He believes that technology is a lever, but people are the foundation – which is why he bridges the tech world with the development of fundamental (soft) skills to support people in acting more fully and consciously. Privately – a skiing, tennis, golf, and F1 simulator racing enthusiast. A devoted parent who strives to build relationships with his children based on conversation, trust, and mindfulness.
