Agnieszka is an expert in accompanying people in the process of change, entering a new role and discovering what is most beautiful in them while maintaining respect and partnership.

She has 20 years business experience in managerial positions. She works with sales and operations teams. Actively participates in the implementation and execution of the company’s strategic goals to increase operational efficiency. She manages a multi-generational team with a distributed structure.

Agnieszka is an ambassador of leadership and management based on business partnership and trust. She supports people in change by working on their talents and strengths. She is great at managing herself in time, appreciates task-based work, based on short and long-term goals. Her passion is coaching and mentoring in business, with a focus on developmental areas, preparation for a new role in the organization, strengthening leadership competencies and skills.

She is a certified trainer and facilitator of DISC method. She also has a Certificate of Mental Coach at the Academy of Mental Coaches and a Certificate of completion of the Jakub B. Bączek School for Leaders of the “Higher Self”. Together with her clients in mental training, she works on building self-confidence, courage to act, coping with failure and fear as well as mindfulness and concentration.
