Together with American special forces from Navy Seals and Army Special Forces, he participated in many operations and missions aimed at fighting terrorism and protecting civilians, e.g. in Haiti, former Yugoslavia, Kosovo and Iraq.
He built the Airborne Fire Support Guidance Group and the Combat Boat Group GROM.
He repeatedly advised on security and terrorism issues to the Polish President, Prime Minister, Ministers of National Defense, Interior and Foreign Affairs.
Graduate of Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Warsaw University, National Security Studies, Naval Postgraduate School Monterey in USA in the field of counter-terrorism, policy and strategy as well as many specialized courses abroad.
