Anja has been supporting leaders in developing their personal presence and communication skills for almost 25 years.
Among many professions, Anja is primarily a coach and trainer of the skills of leader’ attentive presence. Her background is related to theater, acting and improvisation, which is an important background of her coaching competence and allows her to use a wide repertoire of training tools.
Working with leaders she activate cognitive, emotional, mental and physical levels in order to address as many channels for change as possible.
She is the co-author of the book: “Leading with presence: How managers appear more effectively” which providemanagers with instruments for thinking tools to meet the challenges of leadership in times of agile management with competence and composure.
Anja works with international clients in German and English. She is also a mother of two and passionate about northern Germany.
