Sylwia is a consultant, advisor and HR expert. She creates programs and development projects for executives. In addition, she is a certified Team Coaching Lab team coach and a trainer of leadership competencies.

She has devoted over 10 years of professional career to assessment and diagnosis of management competencies, first as executive search consultant, then as co-founder and co-owner of a recruitment company specialized in the area of modern technologies.

She is socially active on behalf of diversity and women’s leadership development. She is the president of the Technology in Skirt association.

She graduated from the University of Łódź and the Koźmiński University in the field of Management of Employee Competencies and Business Psychology for Managers as well as from many specialist courses.

In her work with Clients she focuses on partnership and mutual respect. She is valued for being a trusted and versatile advisor and for the professionalism and quality of cooperation.
